Denise Warner’s executive career encompasses a wide variety of technical and leadership experience in service, engineering and manufacturing entities. Throughout her business career, she has worked in many capacities. In the engineering and technical entities, Denise worked in capacities including Software Engineer, Software Quality Manager, Radar & Microwave Inspection and Test Manager, and Strategic Initiatives Manager, where she developed software, managed inspection, test and integration groups in the surveillance, fire control, navigation, land-based and Doppler weather systems programs for the U.S military and government. Denise oversaw a spectrum of employees ranging from software design and programming engineers to manufacturing testers and inspectors. The employees ranged from exempt and non-exempt employees of various organized labor unions. Denise also had a lead role in re-engineering the company’s business model through designing cost-efficient processes encompassing streamlining, project relocations, facility consolidations and facility closures.

 

In the service entities, Denise has a wide variety of experience including Marketing Manager in GE Capital Corporation’s Customer Relations Management group, their private label credit card business, where she worked with National Retailers to increase their revenue through product promotions and customer utilization of their private label credit card; in GE Capital’s commercial lending business as a Six Sigma Quality “Master Black Belt” she led projects driving millions of dollars of revenue growth and cost elimination; as a Senior Vice President of Risk Operations she created/led GE Commercial Finance’s Operations Center of Excellence with over 140 employees processing and analyzing commercial loans. Denise was also a member on numerous acquisition teams and led a number of integrations and divestitures totaling tens of billions of dollars in assets.

 

Currently, as a Real Estate Broker and Partner of CalWest Commercial, Denise specializes in Business Brokerage, Sales, Leasing and Investments of Commercial and Retail Property. Denise provides consulting and listing services to major developers in the Central San Joaquin Valley, represents and advises national and local merchants in their retail expansion efforts, and has established excellent working relationships with her Clients along the way.

 

Denise is a graduate of Queens College, CUNY (College University New York) in Flushing, NY with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science. She is also a California licensed Real Estate Broker, a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and certified ISO-9000 Auditing experience.

Todd Warner’s executive career encompasses a wide variety of leadership experience with both service and manufacturing entities. A proven leader with hands-on management experience he has directed business startups, led product development programs, and developed successful marketing and sales programs in both the domestic and international arenas. Throughout his business career he has worked in many capacities including National Sales Manager, Chief Executive Officer, and Business Owner. He has owned and operated multi-site health care businesses, and has extensive experience with government supported and private health care programs, and Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO’s).

 

As a successful medical/dental equipment manufacturer, his rich background and hands-on experience operating and eventually selling his own multi-million dollar entities brings a special knowledge to the M&A process. As such, Todd has a keen understanding of the acquisition and divestiture processes “from an owner's point of view”. In his current role as a business intermediary, He has successfully represented both buyers and sellers in transactions with individual investors as well as publicly traded corporations.

 

Over the course of his career Todd has bought, managed and sold both office and industrial buildings, and has been a stakeholder in business park development projects. He is a seasoned real estate broker, experienced in investment acquisitions, tenant negotiation, and advertising/marketing programs.

 

Todd is a graduate of California State University Fresno with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He is a Chartered Merger and Acquistions Professional (CMAP), a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA) and a California licensed Real Estate Broker .
